As Michael had previously stated there are several near term catalysts at PAA. Michael understands the Markets need for Information , information reduces risk which increases Enterprise Value.
I'm only speculating but it would seem PAA / BOD would like to have the recent Placement Funds Settle in the Bank before stating what the exact game plan is..
Biggest confidence boost "Other than Spectacular Data" is that the BOD are investing some serious coin... NZT
