My understanding of the dates was that it will be sometime bewteen the 15th and 31st Aug 2009.
My understanding is that NGE had submitted the variations prior to the 15th Aug. Like others I would have thought there would have been an announcement on the 15th or 16th.
My question is seeing as today is now after the close of business on the 18th Aug, does this technically mean NGE are at risk of losing out on these licenses ?
As others have pointed out, it would not be in the interest of P N G to shaft NGE.
Watching and waiting for an announcement to see if they do regain their licences.
More importantly looking for the HOA to be signed and farm in partner named.
