Well, after 7 months, the company insisted that it's not going to be taken over.
But like the newspaper said, business was tumbling very bad for the cyclical stock that out of season, that's why many of us long holders are not happy about our loss.
If a takeover at this current sp is an extremely disappointment for us because there will be no reversal of loss in our investment and right now, the only one who can point that gun of take over is Ruffy. Other than that, he and the board of directors will just keep veto the bid until sp and business improve.
I think take over is avoidable but don't expect it to go back to $4.xx like before for years. If it improves, every one is targeting $1.50 in a reasonable term, to between $2.00 and $2.50 over longer period.
Take over (is possible) but not ideally for the shareholders at this market cap bid, and I think can be avoidable. Business somehow needs to pick up or plenty of pains ahead for the company and shareholders.
