I am a shareholder and enthusiastic. My wife on the other hand is doing the trial on my advice that I would find a way for her not to get surgery.
She puts up with her daily pain hoping that I am right. She spent 3 hours there yesterday with 3 more to go on Thursday. Her work supports her time off too. She has been there 12 years and her colleagues have seen her condition deteriorate.
She is not a shareholder but her optimism is a reflection of my positive bias. For someone who gave up and booked in for knee surgery I need to give her that. Why dwell on the neagtive?
She is patient number - single digits. For avoidance of identification.
