I can back this statement.
I brought in Neu about $3 not long before they did a partnership deal with Acadia i company who had done nothing to date. Market didn't like the announcement and who they signed with so went down to sub $1 and now sitting at a healthy $12+
Lets hope patience pays off here like Neu did.
