I've been a shareholder in PME for over a decade now. My impression is that PME stuck to principles of excellent governance, staff and financial management and when they made a mistake, they corrected it quickly. This is reflected in C-suite stability, timeline reliability, financial planning and much more. This is in obvious contrast to PAR which actually has a much more promising product but won't capture its potential unless it commits to lifting its game at both management and governance levels.
