For instance, I noticed ATC's recent announcement but note that it is not alone in this space but for now it is a leader, and that space may become very very big. Not invested there yet and may never do so.
Shares that have fallen >90% are mostly dogs as you say but a % of them are amongst the very best investment opportunities there are. Some nous needed to harshly cull the diamonds from the coal pile.
WHY?
"Buy low and sell high" means the buy low part is very well satisfied. Buffett plays this way of course but just not as harshly as this scale.
