oh there is a very big difference but once again you have missed my point.

why? if the negotiating is essentially all done and agreed bar the milestone, then WHY does it need to be confidential when many previous agreements have been signed dependent on milestones....

i would hypothesise that contrary to what people are saying is that perhaps those negotiations are a close to fruition as some people speculate - especially if they have been going on in perpituity for the past 10 years or so.... surely a savvy businessman would want to lock down a contingent deal with signatures or simply suggest it is time to to move along to the next big money wallet? unless of course we had run out of big money wallets and the other side of the negotiating table knew that.
