I entirely agree with your opinion. The problem is that someone mentions the possibility that an announcement could be made at 'a conference' on HC and then the hype begins.
Yes,it could happen; however, I feel, like you, that it is unlikely. I really do think that the finance being sorted out is the catalyst to getting the SP moving again and everyone knows it. With that said I think a TH will be needed and a correctly formulated release made as per ASX ruling.
Just wish Bob would get it done either way!
