Obviously I have elderly relatives as well. Do I want to see them die? No. My father smokes and the Govt, despite all the known illnesses, still allows it to be sold.. Do I want him to stop, yes of course but ultimately it’s his choice. Why is covid so different? if you want to get vaccinated, wear masks, stay at home, sanitise, do it all off your own bat. You don’t need a govt to tell you stay at home or do any of the above for you to do it.
These lockdowns are crippling and it’s simply unsustainable. My children and their children are going to be paying for our own self interest and indulgence not to see a small % of our relatives die…
