I see your point but the share price was $12 80 of August last year as the market went on to record highs in 2021 .I think PBH has excellent prospects but after this dilution and the inside selling going into this trading halt ( not only my opinion) and the selldown of the majority of directors , management needs some runs on the board as talk is cheap.
