pdn to takeover dyl imho

I think in years to come PDN may put a takeover offer in front of the DYL board and subsequent shareholders......based on the synergies both companies have , it seems like a match made in heaven.....Basically they have a similiar board of directors with the key component Leon Pretorious being a catalyst to recent activity.

Considering the Langer Herrich mine is essentially down the road from DYL prospects it seems logical to merge these companies....but this will not happen until firstly DYL have a measured resource and a BFS completed and have the appropriate funding to commercialise the project....this is where i believe PDN comes in with the funding and swallows up DYL.....im picking 2-3 years

Notice how PDN is positioning themselves while the shareprice is under $1.00 ...........im betting they know how good the DYL tenements are and It will be a matter of time.....in the meantime PDN,s focus is to get their production underway, so im picking 2-3 year timeframe
