For growth stocks yes.. alcidion has not seen any growth in the last 12 months (marginal sales helps pay salaries). Like chaddy said since the acquisition of Silverlink, this company has consistently gone down south. Its more like the market i.e. healthcare industry has moved on from Alcidion.
