Yes, I agree, could be this scenario too. And i was thinking about it.
But the company already announced two very successful results; Dr. Irminger-Finger is one of the founders of the company and directly works on lung cancer tests; she has already published encouraging results (not 100% as in the case of other tests), but several years have gone since that moment, I read her other articles and she is an amazing scientist so I believe she could achive a lot in last few years; as the founder of the company, of course, she is aware of all the events inside the company, which does not makes sense for me to go to the court if results are unsuccessful and it possibly could lead your company to a loss. As well as the rest of the board, without having positive results, it seems to me that they should be more accommodating to those who are directly involved in lung cancer tests and bring it to a successful finish without any legal trials (unless positive results already exist).
I really hope they have positive news and not only because i am holoding BD1 shares but this achievement will be significant and help to save millions of lives.
