If a JORC 2012 compliant Measured and Indicated Resource of at least 50Mt (with a minimum of 80 ISO Brightness and maximum total 1wt% Fe2O3 + TiO2 calculated from the -45um fraction) is calculated over the EKJV tenements, Andromeda will issue Peninsula with $500,000 worth of ADN shares, and •
Peninsula has the option to convert its remaining interest of 20% into a 1.5% net profit royalty following a Decision to Mine. If Peninsula elects not to convert its Participating Interest, or fails to exercise its option within 10 business days, the parties are required to negotiate a good faith production joint venture agreement and the production area relevant to the Decision to Mine will be excised from the Joint Venture.

I wonder how many Traxys Europe SA will buy on market when their HOA becomes binding with BOA's and JV agreements including funding agreements. 2024 will be a break out year DYOR!!!

Forgot to mention Hallett Group strategic alliance and they are excited to partner up with our HRM product. I bought into ADN for the commercialisation of the HRM (concrete product).

2024 will be a break out year!!! Flew to 2.7c on big volume during this week and being controlled again by market manipulators whom are short on the stock. They won't be able hold it back when news flow comes in the next 2 months and volumes go through the roof. Last chances for those short positions to change to long positions and you will make more money going swapping!!!! DYOR.

Yet they are buying on market, and hav enough 30M shares over last 2 months, probably at a rough guess $660K

I would be happy with just the lazy 20%.... but then to invest your own cash as well exhuberates confidence
