i hate to mention it, but it seems, there might be a 3rd round of tech review which would push out a draft permit to October... We have to be honest with this, if the permitting were so great from management why do the tech review keep ticking on... why the hold up, if it were small issues in the second round, why the delay.... I can actually understand the reasons behind a dfs delay, but 3 tech reviews...
i pray there is no public comments otherwise, forget 2012, we can already say march production is out the the window...
