well i have a brother with dollar signs in his eyes
bought a cheap block in Gero when he moved up there with his family for work (both wife and husband work)
built a 350k house on top
he thinks it will sell for close to a million, easy money, or so he thought
thats why he lives in Gero and his family lives in Perth
works in the building industry, cant find a job in Perth
we will see how how sad it becomes if he is still up there in 6 months time
this is the same guy who said to me in about 2006
"property always doubles every 10 years, always has, always will"
