October November listings usually increase. Perth is defferent. The most sales of property do not happen in Spring, the most sales happen in Summer January Feb and March. Best time to sell a house particularly in coastal suburbs such as Mandurah, Rockingham and Scarborough is when all the summer holiday craowd are around and people want to start the new year afresh. Best time to buy a house is after Easter when vendors are tired of home opens and scared of not selling before winter. Looking forward to next few months to see how markets move.
