The CEO obviously doesn't think so, having bought at 93c and $1.03

You think he bought in just to make 50%? He obviously knows what a coming so no doubt is happy to buy at the level he did. So anyone at $1.50 should be confident in the knowledge the CEO will grow the business and reward shareholders including himself.
