My summary would be that the clinical trial is designed in such a way (based on the results of the phase 2 trial) that allows for the maximum probability for success.
The key statistic I would be keeping an eye out for is left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF). If it's increased significantly in the MPC-150-IM group, then this treatment would be a massive home run.
