I cant remember one timeline being even close to the mark.
Some of there timelines have been ridiculous to say the least.
The market punishes when times arent met.
Why do they continue to do it.
I mean they could just announce that they hope draw down of the loan will be sometime in 2016.
and the market will react when it happens.
There must be a reason for their crazy announcements.
