Actually, cold calling shareholders is an extremely smart and professional thing to do since the "leakage" attrition rate ie unaware and/or ill informed, change of address, post box delivery changes, other etc. for most rights issues of small companies runs at about 10-15%.In SBN's case, this could equate to about $250,000 -$300,000 Why would anyone blame SBN for wanting to reduce that rate? It actually indicates to me that they are on the ball!
