I agree that it would be nice to raise at a higher price for less dilution and that is in everybody's interest
However, I also agree with @gilesy71. Why would that be part of an incentive package (and remember he is already salaried at $350k
Not only does it give an incentive for Marc to raise at any price to ensure his milestone is met, it also tells the market not to bid the share price higher as a CR could come any moment and at any price.
That type of uncertainty is a killer in spec companies
