It all appears to be of little concern to me and others. The capex is a max spend likely. Many quality items have already been purchased and in the case of the camp, virtually completed. Big savings have been made on planned costs already and the contracts have quite an incentive contained within on early completion to my understanding. I feel that unless we have some cost blowouts, then we will easily have sufficient funds to meet commissioning.
Our major components are also not sourced from china but are of a quality European manufacture. Pilbara Minerals will achieve a quality high product in demand and I am very confident our expansion to 4MTpa will rock the socks off some with an announcement sooner than expected. My understanding is that it could be operational by close of 2018. This is contrary to some thinking commissioning of 2 MTpa will alone take that long. We have specialists and experienced staff and contractors. Don't discount them.
I am very confident DSO will occur and will add a further buffer to lessen the risk. I don't discount RF for the reasons others do and note they are fulfilling their needs elsewhere. I guess MIN don't want them dealing with us? So much for MIN declaring their support for us and assisting where ever they can. But regardless, DSO is very likely on my chess board.

My short term is 3 years, medium 5 and long term is greater than 7. So patience is not an issue and I've always viewed this as a medium term part of my wealth creation.
