The summation of your thoughts are not alone... What lays ahead and what plans are already in calculation we are not to know of for sure, but the players you mention have a very firm track record of just that...  To add more to it -is  Speculation, something I would rather plan ahead for rather than 'chatter' on as many do. I agree with you though, there is a measure of conjecture in place. The time restraints are there at present, but what happens after?? [Rhetoric].
I feel it is good to have what I call "blackboard" possibilities drawn up in such cases, that is, they can be rubbed out when facts prove or disprove that theory. But big dollars with clever money can 'move' things in their favour.
Personally, and I speak IMO here, I feel we have been 'weighed in' as a future asset to any of the above or another player, but long term have a firm possibility of coming off as a solid future company.
