I personally don't think it will be a cliff...perhaps a mere step down?

Very much my humble mutterings here but:
1) The Aus govt is inclined to prop up the economy..yes in the long term this will cost X Billions...but it's better for short term and prob for longer term anyway, they have already announced another extension of JK though scaled down to some extent). and prob more to come.
2) There are at least two possibilities of vaccines showing decent efficacy and not a lot of Side effects Moderna and separately Astra Zeneca, there are many more other teams working on it , apparently Pfizer also showing some good signs of a solution on the near horizon.
3) We have a stock in our artillery that should do well from here on in (I believe you know which one)...let's see how this plays out

Not saying it's all a bed of roses and we can party (Not in Vic for now)...things will still be rough out there...many will lose jobs and businesses...there will be heart break...there is prob more pain to come but I can see some sun in the background.
