This makes no sense, why would one offer $3.3b, one offer $3b and one offer $13.8b?
Hardly a known news source. Surely the latter figure has an accidental/typo '1' ie: should it be $3.8b?
With 2.868 shares on issue, $3b values it at $1.05 but $3.8b values it at $1.32 per share. I'd take that!
