The homeless and all the poor (those that ALP describe as the pathetic poor, those earning below $135,000 AUD annually) unfortunately do not gamble in the size required to be of much use to SGR.
The vigilantes are getting rid of the homeless in the Sydney CBD also they have nothing to gamble.
SGR a needs to make record profits again and get some high rollers in the casinos.
