Increased employment, extra cost's to cover the new laws, supervisory rolls, etc.
Decreased revenue if a large percentage was illegal money.
Some fines coming, how much, when, will it hurt the business,
I have never been to the Sydney casino. So not familiar with it's general types.
The others I have, Obviously most the value is real estate at the current price,
I don't gamble but enjoy going there, so making them fun regardless of the gambling rules will still get people in the door.
Does anyone have a list of possible future time frames and costs for fines, fees so we can gauge when business gets back to normal.
This is the biggest factor,
It has a good future and is definitely cheap, just a matter of getting over the governments hissy fit and getting it going again.
Can't seem to break the 60 cents, clear future and timelines will see it double fast.
