China’s National Development & Reform Commission (NDRC) has given its approval to Hanlong Mining’s A$1.65 billion ($1.73 billion) acquisition of Australian junior miner Sundance Resources, a spokeswoman for Hanlong told Metal Bulletin on Wednesday August 1.
