I spoke to Hartleys and they said the placement was fully subscribed and had been so before the announcment on Tuesday. They also said the CSEM testing would be starting by mid-April and that other intersted parties were interested in different areas of the prospect so if Shell walked away, whilst it would not be a a good look, it would not be the end of Senegal exploration.
