1.24 Plans for the Company if completion of the Proposed Acquisition does not occur
If the Essential Resolutions are not passed and the Agreement is not completed,
the Company will continue to focus on its current activities, specifically research
and development for its Dermaportation, Enhanced Transdermal Polymer
transdermal drug delivery technologies, and its device business, as well as
exploring new opportunities and look for potential business acquisitions to take
the Company forward.



So if we do not go ahead , we just do what we have been doing... , I assume it includes REDUIT ???

What would OBJ share price be if the plan did not go ahead? Would it increase because of Reduit, and P & G new deal and Body guard patent??
