The five string is great for clearing the room and punishing the wife when she gets lippy. As the family hate my beloved Bluegrass, I use it as a threat and weapon of revenge!!! I too, like to play the Martin clean but some of these new amps are fabulous with great effects. Also have a Maton cutaway similar to Linshan above. The Matons are getting big in US - due to TE I suspect. The Mod must be in a good mood allowing all this o/t stuff. Maybe he's a muso too.
