What I'd really like to buy is time..
Due to divorce and having to start again I went the investing in Super route and though this has made me wealthy, it is kind of like be stranded at sea, surrounded by water but I can't drink it.
If the government had not changed the rules on TTR, I could have started a transition to retirement account this year and at least semi retired, alas I have to go 5 more years.
If I could find a way of getting a $300k loan on 5 years deferred payment, I'd jump at it. Even though such a thing would obviously be at a higher than normal interest rate.
To me, the 5 years of not having to get up and go to work would be worth it.
