No sign that PLS’s average contract pricing will retreat any time soon. Contract price varies by contract and is reviewable if there is a disconnect between market price and off-take price. Contracts are confidential. So PLS share price shouldn’t really be heavily reacting to the carbonate price slide although there is hydroxide tolling exposure. Spodumene spot has not retreated nearly as much as carbonate or hydroxide. Re-stocking by China in April should lift prices product wide say industry experts. Subsidies in China might come back. Is it preferable to see and breathe or to swim in toxic fog?
