PM8 Peer comparison - Other REE projects analysis

I was (am still) making a research about the REEs and worldwide projects. I have now collected the major ones on an Excel table. I am sharing it with you. It's open to critics and amendments.

I have created different tables by sorting;

• resources/reserves, 
• TREO Grade (%) (in-situ),
• TREO (Tonnage) (in-situ)
• In-situ NdPr grade (%) (of resource)
• Contained NdPr (tonnage) (of resource)
• NdPr in TREO ratio (%)

I think Pensana's Longonjo project can be easily considered as a REE project in top of the world league in terms of  all these factors. Please see the tables below.

Tonnage (Total): 240 mt by 1.6% REO (or TREO)
Or; (as the initial focus at high grade section)
Tonnage (H.G): 22.9 mt by 4.16% REO (or TREO)

 


REO (or TREO) (Rare Earth Oxides) GRADE (in-situ)
Longonjo has very high in-situ REO grade which is 4.16% (high grade section for 22.9 mt)
It is close to Lynas's Mt Weld Duncan prospect grade (4.84) 



The tonnage of in-situ REO (or TREO) is very high for the total 240 mt resource; 3,850,000 tonnes. 
The tonnage for high grade section 953,000 tonnes is also better than Lynas's Mt Weld Duncan prospect (435,000 tonnes).



when it comes the in-situ NdPr grade, (0.86% for 22.9mt resource) Longonjo is also at the top.
This ratio gives us the tonnage for the above table; The tonnage of in-situ REO (or TREO)



This table is the most important one as it gives us the contained NdPr in resource.
Longonjo is in top 5 here for its total 240mt resource.

The high grade 22.9mt section contains 196,940 tonnes of NdPr. Its again much better than  Lynas's Mt Weld Duncan prospect which is 98,550 tonnes. More than half of Lynas's Mt Weld CLD (Central lanthanite deposit) whcih is the main resource of Lynas.  



Finally this table give us the NdPr to TREO ratio (%). (How much NdPr in the Total Rare Earth Oxides).
