This excerpt below from acquisition announcement dated 7 December 2020 which has full and further detail. It indicates they anticipate 'placement of equity will be made by 30 September 2021' and not necessarily on 30 June 2021 as far as I can see. To facilitate an anticipated placement of equity, it is the Company’s current intention to seek shareholder approval at a Meeting to be held by 30 June 2021: a)pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 7.1 and PNGX Listing Rule 7.1, for the placement of 23,671,857 fully paid ordinary shares at an issue price of A$0.80 / PGK1.97 per share, under the (a) placement to institutional investors and the institutional component of the 1 for 2 accelerated pro-rata non-renounceable entitlement offer, as announced on 14 September 2020; and (b) the offer to eligible PNG shareholders, as announced on 11 November 2020 (“Placement”); b)pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 7.1A and PNGX Listing Rule 7.1A to issue equity securities equivalent to an additional 10% of the number of ordinary securities on issue over a 12-month period after the AGM (“10% Placement Facility”); andc)for the issue of the balance (if any) of equity securities required to be issued to fund the balance of the cash component of the Purchase Price. If approved by shareholders, it is anticipated that the placement of equity will be made by 30 September 2021, prior to completion
