Good Morning and Welcome to the XJO Tuesday Thread
The XJO closed higher again on Monday, although (unsurprisingly) spread and volume both reduced - that said, volume (or turnover on this chart) was actually pretty good for a Monday. Price continues to accelerate away from that little period of absorption in a fashion that suggests 'intent'. Barring a complete (and unexpected) reversal, it was quite a strong move on Monday and adds to the consideration this pullback is being used as an accumulation event. The previous breakdown line (purple) that was crossed on Friday is fairly important in the wider scheme of things, and this makes it a good chance (~50/50) of being retested for strength at some point in the near term.
