I'd imagine management would want everything in order before the investor presentation in sydney otherwise some difficult questions may be raised by bemused shareholders.
At the moment I would suggest the greater liklihood is that all will be ready in time for this important phase of marketing the business to potential broker / insto shareholders. I think the sp / vol activity of late backs up this view, however as always nothing is guaranteed so only time will tell.
