IMO, this is nothing more than a hangover from the recent spp which is offering a nice short term profit to some who choose to sell ..... on top of a weak performance on the DOW . Technically there is a gap to fill (if somebody is silly enough to help close) .
It's cheap, it's a producer, and it has proven and diverse resource .
