    I have this perception that people would be surprised to see that outperformers generally comes down to sector and bubble weighting.

    eg. buying resource/engineering stocks at the 2016 bottom, buying SaaS stocks during declining interest rates, getting into lithium at the right time etc...

    It's generally very hard to beat the market by being right on individual companies that aren't part of those things.

    Thoughts?
