Silver Swan is almost ready to go, the ore drives are cut right to the ore bodies, will take some cash to set up for air legging and safety repairs etc.. But they still need mining approvals, and to go that deep is well not going to be that easy... It's able to be done, with the up front payment from a Chinese nickel company...
But yeh a CR just for keeping the doors open for 1 year or so.. not to get SS going. Thats major dilution !!!
