Cant get a return if you got no offtake deal and no handover of that $120M FED grant or cut of the refinery ownership imho hence no deal signed for 2 years and NO mention of POS by PBT or mention of PBT by POS for 6 months and counting.
PBT can sugar coat and put lipstick on the pig but without POS they are dead in the water.
PBT MUST hand over the cash, the FED money and 25%-49% ownership plus a juicy royalty then maybe can get the 2.2mt roughie stuff in 3-6 years or close shop, LOL.
Till then, auf fiedersehn swien.
