Glencore has its own HPAL plant & NC1 is 5 years away from having a mine or mill costing $500M which it aint got and likely never will.
Its only mention of rougher concentrate is at the end and its heavy on poison chemical acid leaching, highly pollutive and dangerous.
This preso once again supports the thesus that the POS PBT JV is dead and maybe in 5 years they can process some rougher conc from circuit 2 if there is any left or is POS cant do it itself and if PBT has anything built then after burning all the FED money on studies and planning.
Though they seem to have the same never ending study and planning strategy as POS team.

POS can do this itself and hire them as consultants for its own refinery at BS.
It can use the BHP or IGO refineries that are there or will be built before PBTs ever will.
or it can offtake it to Trafigura or BHP itself.
We don't need PBT or AFAF or BMM for nothing.
