the questions i have are -
1. if uranium was involved then i thought the federal govt would also be involved in any relaxation of the transport rules. which might mean a 3rd government authority in addition to the SA and NT government authorities

2. even though GWA was entrusted to freight the copper concentrate (and attendant uranium) it is still OZL's property and i would have thought that OZL would be at least partly responsible for cleaning up the mess - which may be costly. but hopefully any environmental damage is limited and cleanup is a relatively simple affair
