I don't agree GR and NC are surplus to requirement. They started the Company and I am sure they want Alexium to be very successful.
Their job is to make sure our Company is at the top of it's game and being very well run.
This is what appears to have encountered some issues.
We need a board with the right mix of skills to ensure the business meets its goals and continues to grow the business and has all shareholders and the company good as a priority.
The problem for me is when someone rewards themself with high remuneration and share bonuses when it appears they have not met all objectives.
