correct me if i'm mistaken, but the holder of 19.?% of RMS is surely Sprott Asset Management of Toronto. they love RMS so much they were even buying when the price rose to $2 a share. but they won't be interested in taking RMS over. they're friendly holders and, might i say it, superbly savvy ones. their presence at RMS has long served to galvanize my confidence in the company.
