My calculations:
STO value new shares at $6.80. Exisiting shareholders can buy them at $3.85.
So pretend I have 170,000 shares @ $6.80. I am entitled to purchase another 100,000 @ $3.85.
Total amount of shares = 270,000 @ a total value of $1,541,000.
$1,541,000 / 270,000 = $5.71 per share.
