When I saw the first warning from the MHRA and withdrawal in the UK, I suspected this would get ugly and Board should have made investors aware that regulators world wide communicate with each other and further actions could not be ruled out. This is already known by those who work in the regulatory industry. You never want to get into this situation with a regulator especially a respected one like MHRA.

I was in 2 minds to warn investors on that first MHRA announcement but the SPL forum was pretty hostile last time I mentioned I wasn't too impressed with the CEO after another misleading announcement. So I couldn't be bothered dealing with the downramping allegations etc. Maybe a mistake in hindsight for those who may have listened.
