MGV previously were looking to enter into a toll treating arrangement with WGX (pre starlight / white light) discoveries.

WGX subsequently built a position in MGV however it seems they have been distracted with their own operational challenges.

MGV then went and entered into an exploration agreement with EVN and this has been progressing well.

RMS in recent presentations highlights its balance sheet strength and appetite for accretive acquisitions.

MGV in its presentations highlights its proximity to multiple processing plants with capacity.

I wonder why MGV drilling has focussed on relatively shallow, easy to access deposits from surface, rather than deeper drills below high grade discoveries?

What level of permitting / mining approvals / feasibility studies etc would be needed to make these deposits sufficiently development ready to attract acquisition interest?

I have been in this stock for many years and like how the story has unfolded, but I am scratching my head with where things are currently at given continual progress.

Anyway just seeking others views / insights on this topic.
